It's been a while...

 Christ, it's been a long while since I've written anything on here. Well, I had to take six months out to help my mental health after a rough couple of years. And things haven't got much better in recent weeks. However, I'm looking forwards to begin working on my project again. For a little while there, I fell out of love with academia and research in general. I burnt out. I placed so much pressure on myself to get things written and perfect that I caused myself to lose my passion for a subject that means everything to me. Taking some time out has allowed me to refocus and refind that love and passion for research. 

I'll be writing another post soon with my aims and wants for the coming year and where I want to be for this time next year.
