Gym Days
It. Fucking. Hurts. Quite frankly, working out is painful as hell but I gotta do it. My only solace is that I love lifting. Weights are such a joy because you can seen progress so quickly. It has been a few weeks since I've been at the gym and I've had to drop down a few kgs to accommodate but I've missed it a lot. For one, it boosts my mental health no end. And two, it drives me to do better. Remind me that next time I should actually document my workout... I really do need to invest in a fitness journal! Well, that's an amazon job later on. I guess what this post is is a way to hold myself to account for my exercise regime... As much as it pains me... Signing off for now, The Confused Archaeologist
